Hey, I finally got around to watching that documentary about deep-sea creatures everyone was talking about. The footage of the bioluminescent jellyfish was absolutely stunning. I had no idea they could create such complex light shows in the complete darkness. The narrator had a very calming voice too, which helped because some of those anglerfish are genuinely terrifying to look at. I tried that sourdough starter recipe you sent me last month. It took about ten days before it was finally bubbly enough to bake with. The first loaf came out a bit dense, but the second one had a really nice open crumb structure. There's something incredibly satisfying about the whole process, from feeding the starter to smelling it bake in the oven.
