Cheyenne VA Health Care System is changing how you access Community Care starting June 1, 2026.
Walk-in Community Care customer service will end at Cheyenne VA Medical Center and Northern Colorado VA Clinic.

You will have 2 options for Community Care support:
1. Call the Community Care phone queue

Select option 6 for Community Care

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Closed: Wednesdays and federal holidays
Use the Community Care phone queue for referral questions, new consult intake, billing questions and help finding an urgent care provider near you.
Community providers and clinical staff can call the same number and select option 4.
Secure messaging is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

These changes don’t affect your Community Care referrals, authorizations, appointments, eligibility, Mission Act benefits, urgent care access or emergency room notification procedures.
