Join us for the Freedom 250 Veteran Community Event. 

The event will be at Life.Church Midwest City located at 6809 East  Reno Avenue in Midwest City, OK. Event starts at 10am and ends at 3pm.   

This engagement event will be to inform Veterans about benefits available under the PACT Act. VA staff will be on-site to discuss Veterans’ needs, how to navigate the VA system, and connect Veterans, spouses and survivors with available resources.

These events are for Veterans, spouses, caregivers, survivors and active-duty members nearing retirement.

At the event, attendees can learn more about VA benefits and receive assistance enrolling in VA health care.

Veterans are encouraged to bring the following documents, if available:
• DD-214
• Proof of income from the previous year
• Date of marriage (if applicable)
• Social Security numbers and birth dates for any dependents.
