Hey Bob, I've been learning languages for 25 years now. And a decent chunk of that was me doing things the hard way. So there's a long list of things I wish someone had told me at the start... mostly about what to do first, and what to leave alone. Because here's something I've seen over and over with my students: the people who succeed with Italian aren't smarter than anyone else, and they certainly don't have more free time. They just get a few important things right at the beginning, in the right order. And that's most of it, really. So I built my new video around one question: If I had to learn Italian again, from absolute zero, today... what exactly would I do? The answer turned into a 5-step path. And it looks surprisingly different from how I actually learned Italian back in 2018 (which went pretty well, actually... for a while). In the video, I show you:
Follow the whole path for about an hour a day, and you're looking at roughly six months to hold a real conversation in Italian. Proper laughs and all. Watch it here Chat soon, Olly |
