We looked at the soil samples and the garden beds need about two more weeks before planting. The compost pile is almost ready and I think we should add a little more green material to balance it out. I checked the watering schedule and with the warmer weather coming we might need to water every other day instead of twice a week. The seed order arrived yesterday and everything looks good except the zucchini packets got swapped for yellow squash but that is fine they will grow similarly. I also picked up some extra stakes and twine from the hardware store. Let me know if you want to adjust the layout of the beds at all because we have some flexibility before the seedlings go in. The drip irrigation tubing needs to be replaced in the back row so I will pick that up tomorrow. If the weather holds we can start transplanting the tomatoes by the middle of next week.

I checked the laptop after you mentioned the startup issue and it looks like the hard drive is making a clicking noise which is a pretty clear sign it is failing. I would recommend backing up anything important right away before it gets worse. You can use an external drive or upload to a cloud service whichever is easier for you. Once the backup is done we can look into replacing the drive with a solid state one which will also make the system run much faster. I have done a few of these swaps before and it usually takes about an hour including reinstalling the operating system.
