The seasoning levels were a bit high for my taste – maybe cut back on the smoked paprika next time. Also, the chicken could rest longer before slicing to keep it juicier. I’d recommend serving it with a yogurt sauce to balance the heat. Let me know if you want me to bring the pine nuts or if you prefer walnuts instead. I’ll prep the salad dressing ahead.
