Hey, I finally made that sourdough recipe you sent last month and it turned out better than I expected. The crust was perfectly crispy and the inside was super airy. I added a bit of rosemary and sea salt on top and it gave it such a nice flavor. The only issue was my starter wasn’t quite ready, so I had to wait an extra day. Next time I’ll plan ahead. Anyway, I’m really glad you shared it with me because now I’m hooked. I’m thinking of trying a whole wheat version next. Let me know if you have any other recipe recommendations. I’ve been meaning to tell you about this documentary I watched last night. It was about deep-sea creatures and honestly I couldn’t look away. The footage of the bioluminescent jellyfish was incredible. I had no idea that some fish live at depths where the pressure would crush a submarine. The whole thing made me realize how little we know about our own planet. Anyway, if you’re looking for something to watch, I highly recommend it.
