oh I completely forgot to mention — I ran into an old friend the other day and it was really nice catching up. we ended up talking for almost two hours just standing by the car. it felt like no time had passed honestly. she reminded me of that trip we all took a few years back and we laughed pretty hard about some of the stuff that happened. it's funny how those moments stick with you. anyway I told her we should all plan something again soon even if it's just a low-key get together. nothing fancy just good company and good food.
