We’re streamlining your FTMO experience. To give you more control with less friction, your profile is moving to my.ftmo.com. This new, dedicated hub for all your global settings allows us to ensure a seamless connection across the entire FTMO environment.
What does this mean for you? |
- Everything in one place: Your personal details, identities (KYC), and security settings (like 2FA and passwords) are now managed from a single screen. Any changes will automatically be reflected across all FTMO services.
- Notifications: We have prepared a new notification centre where you can easily manage your newsletter subscriptions and track important updates.
- New interface: When accessing your settings from the Client Area, you will now be redirected via an "external link" icon directly to your browser at my.ftmo.com.
- Mobile App: In the initial phase, the mobile app will display an informative page with instructions to make changes via a web browser.

Important Note: Your login credentials remain the same. If you navigate directly to my.ftmo.com, simply log in using your existing FTMO account details.
