774 ABC Melbourne is setting up at the Mill Park Library in the City of Whittlesea and we want to hear from you.

The ABC will be at the library this Monday to Friday from 9am – 3pm to hear from you and collect your stories. 

We’ll also have three live broadcasts so you can see some of your favourite 774 ABC Melbourne presenters:

• Monday, June 15: Afternoons with Brigitte Duclos, 12.30pm – 3pm
• Tuesday, June 16: Mornings with Raf Epstein, 8.30am – 11am
• Thursday, June 18: The Conversation Hour with Mary Gearin, 11am – noon

And there will be a special appearance from ABC 7pm Weekend host Iskhandar Razak on Thursday from 11am-noon.

Banyule locals are up in arms over concerns the council is removing hundreds of "healthy, mature" trees, some of which could be almost 100 years old, without community consultation due to a new policy around trees near street curbs.

Nick Rogers from Save Banyule's Street Trees Campaign has called for the council to make public which trees are slated for removal, and to organise a public meeting to consult with locals on the plans.

She made legal history — now Dr Jeni Haynes and her 2,500+ alters are sharing their story.
