Subject: IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING AIOCARE SPIROMETERS,
THE MOBILE APPLICATION, AND THE WEB PORTAL
|
|
Dear Customer,
We hereby inform you that HealthUp S.A. has been declared bankrupt and, as a consequence,
has ceased its business operations, including activities related to Aiocare™ spirometers and
the cloud-based online portal.
Accordingly, effective 1 July 2026:

the Aiocare™ mobile application and access to data through PC-based systems will no longer be available to users;
|
| • |
data stored in the cloud, the mobile application, or the web portal will no longer be accessible; and
|
| • |
it will no longer be possible to upload additional test results or review existing data.
|
|
We strongly recommend that all users ensure that patient test results stored on the web portal
are downloaded and saved in PDF format and incorporated into the relevant patient records,
as required by applicable regulations, no later than 30 June 2026, in order to avoid
loss of access to such results.
