 CoC Now Accepting New Project Applications
The US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released the FY 2026 Continuum of Care (CoC) Annual Renewal Demand amount for the Fairfax County CoC (VA-601). The Annual Renewal Demand (ARD) amount for 2026 is $11,509,727, which means that at least $4,603,891 is available for new or transition projects in the local competition to be placed in Tier 2 in the CoC's final priority list.

Fairfax County’s CoC encourages applications from all eligible applicants regardless of whether the entity is currently receiving HUD funding or has ever received CoC funding. Technical assistance will be provided to ensure this funding opportunity is accessible.
Applications for NEW funding opportunities will be due to Stephen Knippler, CoC Manager, at stephen.knippler@fairfaxcounty.gov by 4:00 p.m. on July 10, 2026.
