I think we should finalize the agenda for the quarterly review by Wednesday afternoon so everyone has time to prepare their slides. The main items to cover are the project milestones from last quarter and the roadmap for the next few months. Sarah mentioned she wants to discuss resource allocation and I know Tom has some updates on the client feedback survey. Let me know if you want me to send out a calendar invite or if you prefer to handle that yourself. I can also prep a shared document for notes.

The hiking trail we scouted last weekend has some really nice viewpoints about two miles in. The elevation gain is steady but not too steep so it should be accessible for most of the group. We should plan to start early around 7 AM to avoid the afternoon heat and bring plenty of water since there are no water stations along the way. I will check the weather forecast a few days before to make sure conditions are good for the trip.
