Yes I think the raised beds along the south side would work better for the tomatoes and peppers since they need full sun exposure throughout the day. For the herbs I would put them closer to the kitchen door so they are easy to access when cooking. The soil test showed the pH is a bit high so we might need to add some sulfur to balance it out before planting. I already ordered the cedar boards for the frames and they should arrive by next Tuesday afternoon. If you want to help with assembly I could use an extra pair of hands on Saturday morning around nine. The drip irrigation system I mentioned is relatively simple to install and would save us a lot of time watering each day especially during the hotter months. Let me know if you think we should add any other vegetables to the plan beyond what we discussed last week. We should also think about mulch and compost delivery timing to get everything ready before the season starts.

Yes I checked the calendar and the third Thursday of next month works well for the committee meeting. We should have the agenda ready by the end of this week so everyone has time to review it beforehand. I will send out the meeting invitation with the conference link and the room number for those who prefer to attend in person. Regarding the budget review I think we should allocate some time to discuss the upcoming project costs and timeline. Please let me know if you need any help preparing the presentation slides or the handout materials. I have the notes from the last meeting organized and ready to share. The main items we need to cover are the schedule updates and the resource allocation. I think we can keep the meeting to about an hour if we stay focused on the key topics. Let me know if you have any other items you would like to add to the agenda before I send it out.
