I was just thinking about that documentary on deep sea creatures we watched. The way they survive under that immense pressure is incredible. It reminded me of our trip to the coast last spring. Seeing the tide pools and all the little crabs and anemones brought back a lot of good memories. We should try to plan another weekend getaway soon. I tried that new sourdough recipe you sent me. It came out better than I expected although it was definitely a learning process. The dough was much stickier than my usual bread. I think I added a bit too much water. But the flavor was fantastic and the house smelled amazing while it was baking.
