There's a thing a lot of guys say.
I know what to do. Eat less, move more. I don't need someone to tell me that. I just need to do it.
Okay. So why haven't you?
I'm not being a smartass here.
This was me for years. I thought I was too smart to be coached. I was a personal trainer. Watched every video, read every article, had ALL the information. And I was still softer and smaller than I wanted to be.
It's the curse of the self-starter. The go-getter. You want to do it yourself.
And that gets you started. But it rarely finishes the job.
Knowing you should eat more protein and walk more is worth exactly nothing if you've known it for five years and you're still soft.
Here's the part that gets me as a fitness coach:
You'll hire an accountant. You'll pay a guy to fix your transmission.
But when it comes to your own body - the ego kicks in.
Now it's off to ChatGPT and YouTube. Time for a year of tutorial hell.
It was never that you don't know enough. If information was the fix, you'd be shredded by now. You've got Google. The whole internet. In your pocket.
Having a plan you'll actually follow is the difference.
Doing it WITH someone who's done what you want, helping you, is impossible to beat.
That's why I hire a coach.
He's a world champion natural bodybuilder. You can google him - Dirk Emmerich.
And he has a coach too - Alberto Nunez.
Still think you're too smart for help?
Doing it alone doesn't get you bonus points.
