Hey, I finally got around to trying that recipe you sent me last week. It turned out pretty well actually 1D7vs4J1qBZTPda though I made a couple of substitutions because I didn't have all the ingredients on hand. I used Greek yogurt instead of sour cream and it worked fine. The seasoning blend was spot on so thanks for sharing that. I also added a bit of extra garlic because you know me, can never have too much. Next time I might try it with chicken instead of beef just to see how it compares. Let me know if you've tried any variations on it. Also, I've been meaning to ask if you've seen that new documentary that came out on streaming. I caught it last night and thought it was really well done and thought-provoking. The cinematography was beautiful and the interviews were really insightful. I'd love to hear your take on it if you get a chance to watch it.

Thanks for the book recommendation, I just finished it last night and really enjoyed the story. The pacing was a bit slow in the middle section but the ending more than made up for it. I've been on a bit of a reading kick lately and I'm looking for something else to dive into soon. Have you read anything good recently that you'd recommend to me? I'm open to trying different genres, though I tend to lean toward character-driven stories with strong plotlines. Also, I was thinking it might be fun to start a little book club with a few friends from work, just casual meetups once a month to chat about what we're all reading. Would you be interested in joining if I set something up down the line? Let me know what you think about the idea and if you have any other suggestions for what to read next.
