Our facility has transitioned to the new federal Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. This system uses the address listed in the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) to send important information such as appointment reminders, prescription updates, and official VA mail.
We’ve learned that some DEERS addresses are out of date. An incorrect address can cause delays or prevent you from receiving important communications about your care.
To make sure we can always reach you, please take a moment to review and update your contact information in DEERS:

The Veteran can update their address by completing any of the following steps:
1. Visit your personnel office or contact the Defense Manpower Data Center Support Office at 800-538-9552.
