The occupants who were in a boat that capsized in Wisconsin’s Geneva Lake during Friday’s massive storm that led to three children’s drowning deaths were from Batavia and Wheaton and the city of Fontana, Wisc., according to the Geneva Lake Law Enforcement Agency.
