I think Tuesday afternoon would work best for the team meeting since most people are available then. We could start around 2pm and reserve the small conference room on the third floor. I checked the calendar and it looks open. For the agenda, we should cover the project milestones first, then discuss the resource allocation for next quarter. I will bring printed copies of the updated timeline for everyone. Let me know if you think we need to add anything else to the discussion points. Also, I can prepare a brief summary of the client feedback from last week to share with the group. That way everyone stays informed about the recent developments. I think we can keep the meeting under an hour if we stay focused on the key items. Please let me know if Tuesday at 2pm works for your schedule as well. I will send out a calendar invite once we confirm the time. The room has a projector so we can go over the slides together.

The pasta dish I tried last weekend came out really well. I used a simple tomato sauce with fresh basil and garlic, then added some roasted vegetables on top. The key was to cook the pasta just al dente so it held up well when mixed with the sauce. I think next time I will add a bit of lemon zest to brighten the flavors. For the vegetables, I used eggplant and zucchini which caramelized nicely in the oven. The whole thing took about 45 minutes from start to finish. My family really enjoyed it and asked me to make it again soon. I am planning to try a variation with mushrooms and thyme next weekend to see how that changes the taste. I will let you know how it turns out. The recipe is fairly straightforward and does not require any special equipment. Let me know if you would like me to send you the ingredient list and steps.
