We're writing to let you know about recent updates to the Vivian Health Privacy Policy. These changes reflect new features designed to make the job application process faster and smoother for you.
Full Social Security Number sharing. Some agencies and health facilities require your full SSN as part of the application process. You can now provide your full SSN directly through the Vivian platform when a recruiter requests it. Your SSN is captured in a special secured database. It is made temporarily visible only to the specific recruiter who requested it, and your profile will continue to display only the last four digits. Each time you share your SSN, it is retained for a maximum of 30 days, and you can remove it at any time through your profile settings.
Driver's license sharing. Certain job applications require driver's license information. You can now upload an image of your driver's license and choose to share it with specific recruiters you authorize. Your driver's license information is stored in a secure database and is only visible to recruiters you expressly approve. Each time you share or update your driver's license information, it is retained for 200 days, and you can remove it at any time through your profile settings.
Recruiter editing of application packages. Recruiters may use Vivian platform features to edit your profile information when packaging your application for submission to employers. This helps accommodate specific employer requirements and submission processes, and can improve your chances of being considered for a role.
