Dear Eagle View Families,
I am excited to share some wonderful news with our Eagle View community! Please join me in welcoming Dr. Ashley Enright, who has joined Eagle View Elementary as our newest Assistant Principal.
Before introducing Dr. Enright, I would like to sincerely thank all of the families who took the time to provide feedback on the qualities you hoped to see in our next assistant principal. Your input, along with feedback from our staff, played an important role in our selection process. We thoughtfully considered the perspectives of our school community and selected the candidate who best aligned with the needs, values, and vision of Eagle View.
Many of you may already recognize Dr. Enright from her time serving as our Acting Assistant Principal from December 2025 through February 2026. During that time, she quickly became a familiar face throughout the building, supporting students and staff, facilitating Early Release Wednesdays and Colleague Connections, and building meaningful relationships across our school community.
Dr. Enright brings nearly 20 years of experience with Fairfax County Public Schools and has served in a variety of roles, including Educational Specialist with Behavior Intervention Services, Behavior Intervention Teacher, Enhanced Autism Teacher, Special Education Teacher, and General Education Teacher. She is also a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and holds a Ph.D. in Education with a concentration in Educational Law.
While Dr. Enright will oversee our Comprehensive Services Site (CSS) program, her role extends well beyond special education. As one of Eagle View's assistant principals, she will serve our entire school community by supporting students, families, and staff, providing instructional leadership, and helping foster the inclusive, welcoming environment that makes Eagle View such a special place.
Dr. Enright shares our vision that everyone belongs and loves to learn, and I am confident her leadership, expertise, and dedication to students will be a tremendous asset to our school community.
