What you need to know!

I just got done building the new home for WippTemplates tools! This is a great update for new customers and an even better update for you!

To access your downloads, you'll need to reset your password on the new site! But don't worry, this process is extremely easy!

Click here to sign into your account. You'll be emailed a magic link which will give you access to your account. Then, in your account settings you can create a new password or reuse your old one!

IMPORTANT: If you want to receive update notifications for your products make sure you opt-in under Email Preferences!

What's New?

1. Updated Training Hub

The new training hub is a central place to watch all of my tutorials. You can sort by your products, click on a product to view it's tutorials, or search for a tutorial to instantly find it!

For example, searching "Install EditorCollection" will pull up it's installation guide!

2. Refreshed Updates Page

I rebuilt the updates page making it easier to see what's new with your products so you can stay up-to-date with all of the new features!

3. New Support System

WippTemplates has some of the best customer service in the Resolve space, and with this update I hope to continue that!

The support form will automatically fill in your details when you're signed into your account, pull in order information, and allow you to upload screenshots of your issue!

On the backend, everything is neatly organized for me so I don't lose track of your ticket in the mess of an email inbox.
