As a result of the network connectivity issues our healthcare system experienced last week, you may have received a hard copy, written, outpatient prescription to fill at a local non-VA pharmacy. Please ensure your prescription is filled prior to July 21, 2026, at a local non-VA pharmacy such as Publix, CVS, Walgreens, etc.

When filling prescriptions at local non-VA pharmacies, Veterans must present a valid ID. Participating pharmacies may be found using this link: https://va.hhspharmacy.com/locations/index.html.
