The heart-wrenching patient testimonials from families and those with DMD will be difficult to ignore for today's FDA advisory committee reviewing Capricor's cell therapy. Having said that, the FDA drew a line in the sand with its briefing documents, and acting CBER Director Karim Mikhail made clear at the outset of today's meeting that he stands by those documents and the agency's analysis.
