If you've been scrolling on Twitter this week, you've probably seen the conversation about the future of software:

Is indie hacking dead?

Is SaaS dead?

Is the AI bubble about to pop?

I've got opinions on all of it. 

But I want to zoom out and share the two things I actually believe.

First: stop calling yourself an indie hacker.

The label is unnecessarily self-deprecating.

You're not "hacking."

You're not playing pretend.

YOU ARE BUILDING A BUSINESS.

And Second: you must become a cockroach.
