Key MS 2026 Jumpstart Program
The purpose of the 2026 JumpStart Program is to introduce rising 7th grade and NEW rising 8th grade students to Key Middle School. Students will familiarize themselves with the layout of the school; including a tour of the facility, cafeteria setup, and much more! Our hope is to ease your child’s transition into middle school as well as address positive study skills, time management and organizational skills.
The JumpStart Program has been shown to aid in the elimination of any anxiety and fear that the first day of school may bring. During the program, future Patriots will have a chance to meet Key MS staff members and form new friendships. Program Offerings… Jumpstart will be offered on Thursday August 6th from 9am-1pm. We will serve roughly 200 students. Spots will fill up quickly, so register now!
PARENTS:
THE ONLINE REGISTRATION DEADLINE HAS PASSED. HOWEVER, STUDENTS NEW TO KEY MS WILL STILL BE ABLE TO ATTEND. THEY CAN REGISTER ON THE DAY OF JUMPSTART, THURSDAY, AUGUST 6, STARTING AT 8:45AM.
A PARENT/GUARDIAN MUST BRING THE STUDENT IN THE BUILDING FOR DAY OF REGISTRATION.
Students who attended Key MS during the 2025-2026 school year, are NOT eligible to attend JumpStart.
