I sent a follow-up email about the conference room reservation for next Tuesday. I checked the system this morning and saw the room was still listed as tentative. I included the original booking number from two weeks ago and asked for a final confirmation by this Friday afternoon. The meeting is set for 2 PM and we'll need the projector setup. I noticed last time the projector cable was missing, so I mentioned that in the note. I figured it's easier to address it now than five minutes before the call starts. I'll check again on Friday morning.

I met with Jenna and Paul yesterday at the coffee shop on Fourth Street. We sat there for almost two hours. I brought my notes from last month's call, and we compared them to the new schedule. Jenna thinks we can finish the first part by the 14th. Paul said the 14th is fine if I send the file by Tuesday. I said I will do that. We set another meet-up for the 22nd at the same table. I told them the table by the big window is quieter after 11 AM. They agreed to that time.
