Gravicus Technologies has scaled sales to £2m ARR and are on track to achieve £5.1m ARR by fiscal year end in April 2026. The business has already been approached this year by a private equity backed trade buyer looking to leverage the technology to expand into the USA. Whilst Gravicus has not yet accepted the approach, it shows strong signal that the company is a viable acquisition target.
