Hey,

We have featured a lot of founders on the channel who ship constantly.

Two recent ones stuck with me.

Max: he shipped 28 apps in 8 months and now makes $10K/month.

Marc: he shipped over 35 startups in his life. His hit rate is about 5%. Thirty of them went nowhere.

They said it best:

If you roll the dice once, nothing crazy happens.

But if you keep rolling, eventually one hits.

Now take a look at my startups ^^^

I looked back at everything I've shipped over the years, and my success rate is only around 10%.

Nine out of ten things I've built DID NOT work.

For a long time, that number would have embarrassed me.

But now I think it's the whole point.

Because when you ship once and it flops, that's the story. You put everything into one basket, and the basket broke.

But when you ship twenty times, a flop is an opportunity. You learn something, you move on, you go again.

The people who win aren't the ones who pick right the first time.

They're the ones who stay in the game long enough to finally win.

So if you're just starting out (or even if you've been at this for years), here's the goal I'd set:

Ship more.

A lot more than you think you need to.

If you want to see how these founders actually pull this off, both episodes are up on the channel now.

Watch Max's episode here.

And Marc's here

Then go ship something.
