If you haven't figured it out by now, the centerpiece of our summer eats here at FoodieCrush are thick, juicy slabs of tomato, and this week has been no different.
I'm working through another cache of homegrown tomatoes I scored through a local backyard farmer, and if there's one thing that's true, it's that my tomatoes suck and his rock.
This caprese sandwich is 100% proof of it, and was the best lunch of the summer. So far...
