Canceling helps:

Keep your referrals active
Prevent delays
Improve access for fellow Veterans

If you can’t make it, please cancel as soon as possible.

How to cancel or reschedule:

Reply “C” to your VEText reminder. Most appointments can be canceled by responding to your reminder text.
Call us at 601-362-4471 and choose option 2 to speak with someone in scheduling.
Manage appointments online. Log in to My HealtheVet or the VA: Health and Benefits App to get started.
