I cannot say this enough, Iza...
The business model you choose makes ALL the difference.
One of the biggest challenges I see among established women who have been in business 5+ years is that the model they're currently running doesn't make sense for their goals or stage of life.
Continuing to sell DFY when you're feeling maxed out and really want an offer that lets you coach/teach.
Selling a group program when you're not booked with 1:1 clients (or trying to sell both offers to the same audience).
Selling a low ticket membership or program that requires a high volume of clients...and you have a small audience (and don't want to do all the marketing that type of offer requires).
If you love depth and being in it with your clients, choose a model that lets you go deep.
If you love marketing and continuously enrolling clients (and want hands off delivery), choose a low ticket offer.
Problems arise when you're either a) not honest about what you want or b) try to do both.
For me, depth has always been a core value.
I want to know EVERY aspect of my clients' businesses.
I believe that actually gets them better results than just sitting in a program learning more information.
So my offer is designed that way.
Does it mean I can't scale in the way others do? Perhaps.
Does it mean I'm 10x more fulfilled and at peace than when I was making more money selling a lifetime group program?
ONE THOUSAND PERCENT.
(plus my revenue is way more predictable too)
Choose the one you want and it will feel much easier to sell because you'll FINALLY stop fighting yourself.
The end.

PS. If you know your business model needs to shift and you either need to sell out your 1:1 offer or shift to a group coaching offer because you're in demand and fully booked...reply back SHIFT and I'll share how I can help.
