We changed the meeting time again, so I want to note it. The Tuesday slot was too early for me, and Thursday worked better for two other people. We agreed on 2:30 PM, and that will start next week. I checked my own calendar, and I have no conflicts for the next three Thursdays at that hour. One person asked if we could cut the length from sixty minutes to forty-five, and I said that was fine. I will send a reminder with the new time and the shorter length a day before each meeting so nobody gets confused.

I checked my calendar this morning for next week's meeting. Tuesday is not good because I have a doctor's appointment at 9. Wednesday is open after lunch. I was going to suggest 2 PM on Wednesday. That gives everyone the morning to catch up on email. I sent a note to the group to see if that time works. I will confirm by Friday afternoon.
