I have a meeting next Tuesday. I put it on my calendar for 9:30 in the morning. I checked with the other person about the time, and they said that works for them. I think we will talk about the new schedule and the supply order. I want to bring my notes from last month so I can compare the numbers. I am going to confirm the room on Monday. I need to remember to print the agenda before I leave that day. I will also bring a copy for the other person in case they forget theirs.

I met with Rachel and Tom on Tuesday to talk about the office schedule. We agreed to keep the Monday meeting at 9 AM, since that still works for everyone. I had been thinking about moving it later, but Tom has a class at 10, so we left it alone. I also asked about the projector in the back room. Rachel said it was fixed last month, and she showed me the repair note from the vendor. I wrote down the phone number from that note so I can call them if it breaks again. After the meeting, I sent a quick email to the group with the same details. I wanted to make sure no one missed the part about the Monday time. Next week I'm going to bring printed copies of the schedule, just in case. I don't expect any changes, but it's easier to have it on paper.
