I called the library again today to confirm the room for Wednesday. The person at the desk said the reservation did not go through the first time. I gave them my name and phone number again, and now it shows up for 2 PM. I am going to stop by tomorrow to double-check in person. After that, I will send a quick note to everyone so they know the time is set.
