I'll be back in the office next week starting Monday. I'll be on the usual schedule, so 8:30 to 5:00 most days. I was working from home the last two weeks, and it was okay, but I kept missing quick conversations in the hallway. A few things got decided without me, and I had to catch up by email later. I'd rather just be there in person for the project check-ins and the Tuesday planning call. I already put my parking pass back in the car and cleaned out my desk drawer at home. Nothing major, just returning the charger and the notebook I borrowed. I'll go in early on Monday to make sure my desk setup still works and nothing got moved. After that it should be normal. If anyone needs to find me next week, I'll be at my regular spot near the window.

I met with Dana and Sam on Tuesday about the new schedule. We sat in the back room for forty minutes and went over the opening shifts. I said I could take the early block on Monday and Wednesday next month. Sam said he wants to keep the same hours he has now, so we wrote that down and kept it as is. Dana said she will post the final list by Friday afternoon. I asked if we could start the meeting at 8:15 instead of 8:00 next time, and they both said that works. I did not bring up the supply order because we ran out of time. I will send a note about that before Thursday.
