Through his TV show “Navajo Highways,” Pete Sands brings the Navajo language to “kids who might otherwise never hear it,” said Utah’s KSL News. Sands, a member of the Navajo Nation, created the children’s puppet series to share his culture, with Navajo people performing the characters. “Navajo Highways” airs on FNX, and adults are fans too. Several Navajo elders were moved to tears at a screening, Sands said. The show is “something that’s meaningful to people.”
Pringles created a chip for dill pickle fans, and now Pringles Dill Pickle enthusiasts can enjoy their favorite flavor in a glass. Pringles Dill Pickle Potato Vodka, made in collaboration with Sugarlands Distillery, has a “sharp vinegar and dill” taste with a “salty twist,” said The Independent. Sugarlands recommends using the vodka for martinis, picklebacks and “any cocktail that needs a little snap.” Pringles also recently worked with Miller Lite on a beer-flavored chip.
