Ann Patchett accepted the Library's 2026 Prize for American Fiction at the jam-packed National Book Festival last weekenc, delighting an SRO audience. Patchett was on stage with friend and fellow author Tayari Jones, in a conversation moderated by National Public Radio’s Mary Louise Kelly.
