How can publishers increase digital book sales and make more of their existing catalogs? Often, the biggest opportunities aren’t found in complex new technology, they’re hiding in content you already own.

In this practical webinar, publishing teams will learn how to identify missed revenue opportunities, optimize digital catalogs and backlist titles, strengthen book discoverability, and reconnect existing content with new readers. We’ll explore concrete, low-lift actions that can improve visibility across online retailers, search engines, and AI-powered discovery platforms, without requiring a major investment or additional staff.

Rather than adding to the noise around AI and digital transformation, this session focuses on achievable improvements your team can begin implementing immediately.

  • Identify digital revenue your catalog may be leaving on the table

  • Improve metadata and content discoverability across search, retail, and AI platforms

  • Renew interest in backlist titles and reach new audiences

  • Remove common barriers that limit digital sales performance

  • Build a practical Day-One digital strategy that turns quick wins into sustained growth
