Tropical Storm Edouard may strengthen into a hurricane before making landfall later today. While our area is expected to experience minimal impact, the storm is projected to affect the St. Mary and Terrebonne Parishes. The nearest Community Based Outpatient Clinic is the Franklin Clinic.
