Building Transformational Leadership Skills
The Chronicle and Strategic Imagination are partnering to host an innovative workshop series for women in leadership roles across higher ed. Our virtual program creates a space for real conversations about the challenges and opportunities women leaders have in their current positions, and future-focused exercises on how women can lead transformational change amidst turbulence.

  • Clarity in the Chaos | Strategies for Leading Teams Through Shifting Priorities, Points of Friction, and Resistance to Change
  • Owning Your Leadership Story | Practical Tools for Navigating Double Standards, Owning Your Voice, and Making Time for What Matters Most
  • Community Care in an Age of Disconnection | Building Your Community of Support, Strengthening Culture, and Sharing the Load

All registrants for the program will receive:

  • Access to the recordings from their registered sessions
  • Access to an exclusive peer community to discuss the program content and challenges you're facing on campus
  • A physical copy of Melanie Ho’s book, Beyond Leaning In: Gender Equity & What Organizations are Up Against
  • Advancing Women's Leadership in Higher Education, a Chronicle article collection

Individuals joining all three workshops will also gain exclusive access to additional benefits:
