Jurors in the Lindsay Clancy trial submitted a question to the judge on the sixth day of deliberations, after deadlocking for two days in a row. Judge William Sullivan did not read the note to the courtroom, but instead repeated his instructions on the definition of reasonable doubt.

After the jury was sent back for deliberations, Clancy defense attorney Kevin Reddington alleged that one juror “refuses to the listen to the law” on reasonable doubt and attempted to have them removed. Sullivan declined.
