Just over a year ago, 219 people invested CHF 641’000 in care. Today we’re opening through the crowd for the last time.
|
|
Here’s what that means: you can invest in care from CHF 480 through the crowdinvesting platform CONDA. Until 17 September at the pre-funding terms, after that the public round starts on different terms.

A year ago, most of this was still a plan. Here’s what has come of it since:

For 2026 we expect CHF 4.6m in revenue. And that is only the beginning. Two developments are accelerating the growth further:

Weight-loss programmes with GLP-1. Weight-loss injections are one of the biggest topics in healthcare. We don’t turn that into simply writing a prescription, but into a medically supervised programme running over months: diagnostics beforehand, medical monitoring throughout, the app as a daily companion. That keeps customers with us for months rather than a single appointment and generates recurring revenue.

Health as an employee benefit. More and more Swiss employers offer preventive health to their teams. GSK, Electrolux and Accenture already work with us. The signed LOI adds our largest client to date: a corporate group with more than 3’000 employees. This brings predictable volume and makes us less dependent on advertising channels.

- Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 50 last quarter
- LOI signed with a corporate client with more than 3’000 employees
- Growing recurring revenue from weight-loss programmes, supplements and retests

You’re investing alongside existing investors

Existing investors have already committed that amount to care. This round adds to it. The path to profitability isn’t resting on the crowd alone.
|
|
|
|
|
Use of funds
|
|
Most illnesses announce themselves years in advance. Almost no one looks. That’s exactly where care comes in — and the difference isn’t the single test, it’s the trajectory over years: diagnostics, medical review and the app work as one.
|
|
This round finances the final stretch to profitability: expanding our partner locations, new health scores in the app, further development of the B2B channel and the medically supervised weight-loss programmes, and wearable integration. For 2027 we’re targeting positive EBITDA in Switzerland. Because only on solid foundations do we risk the next step.
|
|
Along the way, a larger financing round or a strategic sale is planned. After that, investing through the crowd will no longer be possible.
