Silverthorne officials found “no credible threat” after a bomb threat at a hotel caused evacuations in a nearby neighborhood and condo complex, town officials said.

A Colorado judge on Thursday sentenced U.S. Rep. Lauren Boebert’s son, Tyler, for violating the terms of his probation in a credit card and identity theft case in Garfield County.

Joseph Sutter, 34, is facing vehicular homicide and reckless driving charges in the crash that killed the 17-year-old boy.

Police estimated 18-year-old Chase Murphy was driving between 95 and 106 mph immediately before the crash.

“The agony of the steel — the twisting — is a metaphor for the people who died that day. Bringing this steel to all parts of the country gives communities closure — a kind of burial.”

An 18-year-old died in a high-speed crash in Douglas County on Tuesday, where investigators believe the driver was going at least 40 mph over the speed limit, police said.

A state case against Dylan Miller, the former Loveland Police Department officer who was found guilty of violating the civil rights of a minor who accused him of sexually assaulting her, was dismissed Thursday after conversations between the 8th Judicial District Attorney’s Office and the family of the victim.

The charges stem from a July 20 protest at an ICE field office in Centennial, according to Arapahoe County court records.
