Hi Henryk,
I had someone ask me a great question the other day.
They were struggling with stress, anxiety, and a mind that would not seem to slow down.
They asked me:
“Why is it so difficult to quiet my mind?”
And I told them something I believe many people need to understand.
The mind does not suddenly become this way.
It has been trained to become this way.
Every day, we are teaching it.
What to follow.
What to react to.
What deserves our attention.
How quickly to move from one thing to the next.
Think about how quickly your mind begins looking for the next thing to give it that feeling of more.
It happens every day, all day.
Something is always vying for our attention.
The next thought.
The next distraction.
The next thing.
And over time, the mind becomes so accustomed to being stimulated, redirected, and pulled outward that stillness begins to feel unfamiliar.
Then we wonder why we cannot switch it off.
Why the thoughts keep coming.
Why even when the body stops, the mind keeps running.
Why does this matter?
Because a mind that never learns how to become still can eventually forget how to return there on its own.
This is something people understood thousands of years ago:
The mind needs to be trained just as much as the body does.
And this is where meditation carries such great importance.
Meditation is not simply sitting quietly.
It is a way of teaching the mind how to return.
How to become aware of where your attention has gone.
How to come back to a clearer state.
Think of it as a recalibration.
Because if the mind has spent years being conditioned in one direction, we cannot expect it to suddenly know how to go in another.
We have to teach it.
Today, I will guide you through this experience.
An hour where the stress you have been carrying can begin to settle.
Where anxiousness can begin to soften instead of continuing to build.
Where the mind can slow enough for you to feel more space, greater clarity, and more control over where your attention goes.
An hour to reconnect with your breath, your body, and your awareness.
And to begin giving the mind something many people have forgotten how to give it:
A way back.
Join me today.

The Superhuman Code Meditation → Save Your Quiet Space!
Over time, I have seen these meditations help people in many different ways.
Some begin to feel more peace within themselves.
Some feel more balanced.
Some are able to loosen their grip on what they have been carrying.
Others experience greater clarity, a deeper sense of calm, and a stronger sense of well-being.
And I would like you to give yourself the opportunity to experience what this can open for you.
You do not have to follow every thought that appears.
You do not have to let the mind carry you everywhere it wants to go.
But you do have to teach it another way.
With warmth,
Herman
P.S. If the mind can be conditioned into constant movement, it can also be trained to return to stillness.
