If they are, it's because you don't have a system to make them consistent.

I see a lot of service providers settling for getting referrals once in a while...and the rest of the time they post on social media and cross their fingers something comes through.

Crossing your fingers isn't a business strategy.

(especially if you have an amazing offer that should be more in demand)
