It's been a minute since our last full alert but Tonight we kick off the Fall Season with a true BANGER!!
This is a GOLD stock that's on a BULLISH Tear and Analysts are going GAGA over it's potential.
And that's because unlike so many "exploration" stocks, this is a PRODUCING Gold play!

And realistically - this stock is where the SMART MONEY is actually moving.
Gold traded near $2,635 two years ago. It is over $4,300 today — a 64% melt-up to levels nobody predicted.
Yet the small producers levered to that metal? Still forgotten. Still cheap.
But the legends of this sector have not forgotten. And when they start writing eight-figure checks, it usually means something....
WE ARE ISSUING AN IMMEDIATE ALERT ON GORO!
Goldgroup Mining Inc. (NYSE: GORO) is a Mexico-focused gold and silver producer with Four 100%-owned precious-metals assets across the US & Mexico.

Two mines are producing today, the Don David gold-silver mine in Oaxaca and the Cerro Prieto heap-leach mine in Sonora, complemented by the restart-ready San Francisco mine and the advanced Back Forty development project, together supporting the vision of intermediate-producer scale.
Five days ago it announced a US$75 million private placement at $3.65 per unit. Roughly $60 million was already committed by entities representing or affiliated with Trafigura, Eric Sprott, Rick Rule, Fiscal Wisdom and Calu Opportunity Fund.
This week that book was upsized to US$125 million.
GORO closed Friday at $3.60 — five cents below what the smart money agreed to pay.
TWO PRODUCING MINES, 55,119 HECTARES, AND DRILLS ALREADY TURNING
The Don David complex in Oaxaca is not an exploration story. Arista and Alta Gracia are two underground mines feeding the El Aguila plant — 1,800 tonnes per day of flotation capacity plus a 300 tpd agitated-leach circuit — across 55,119 hectares spanning roughly 55 kilometres of the San Jose structural corridor.
A third ball mill is already commissioned. Four refurbished Knelson gravity concentrators are installed. A 34,250-metre drill program is turning right now.
COULD FIVE CENTS BE ALL THAT STANDS BETWEEN TRADERS AND THE RE-RATE?

Start with the damage. GORO printed its 52-week high of $6.56 on January 26 on 15.7 million shares — then bled for six straight months and the selling did not stop until $1.87 on July 29.
Now the levels. Support sits at $3.40 — the September 10 low, and a shelf the stock has refused to lose. The only near-term ceiling is $4.24, the September 4 intraday high. Above that the tape thins out badly all the way to $6.56 — which from Friday's close is 82% away.
RSI reads 53: not overbought, not oversold, room in both directions. MACD is still positive at +0.17 against a +0.15 signal.
And the calendar ahead is dense. The US$125 million book is expected to close on or about September 30. The San Francisco technical study lands in Q4 2026. A potential mine restart sits in Q1 2027. The third tailings filter press commissions in early Q4. GORO is trading five cents under the price institutions agreed to pay — with every one of those dates still in front of it.
So what do the Analysts think?

The analysts over at TradingView have GORO rated as a STRONG BUY with an $8.50 Target - that's 138% UPSIDE from here!

Not to be outdone, Barchart rates GORO an UNPRECEDENTED 100% STRONG BUY with Max Strength and strengthening direction!

Why this matters: they did not need to raise the size. The demand forced it.

Announced September 9. Committed participants include entities representing or affiliated with Trafigura, Eric Sprott, Rick Rule, Fiscal Wisdom, Calu Opportunity Fund and two further institutional natural-resource funds.
Why this matters: Smart money. Those names do not write checks into stories they expect to sit still.
✔ First Results From the 26,000-Metre San Francisco Drill Program
September 8. Hole GGD-178 returned 16.8m at 4.36 g/t gold, including 10.9m at 6.34 g/t. GGD-174 returned 23.4m at 1.71 g/t including 6.4m at 4.84 g/t. Technical study due Q4 2026; potential restart Q1 2027.

✔ Gold Resource Combination Completed July 20, 2026
The ticker now sits with a producer running Don David, Cerro Prieto, San Francisco and Back Forty. Market capitalization is roughly $488 million on about 135.7 million shares.

THE BOTTOM LINE
Let us be honest about what this is.
Trafigura. Eric Sprott. Rick Rule. All of them agreed to pay $3.65 for stock that closed Friday at $3.60. Then the book got so crowded the company had to lift it from US$75 million to US$125 million.
Those warrants are struck at $5.10.
Smart money does not set a strike it never expects to see.
GORO is up 92% off its July low, holding its 50-day, and still 45% below where it traded in January.
Analysts see this over $11 and rate 100% STRONG BUY.
Needless to say...
