The following safeguards are in place when data is shared with AI:

All sensitive data, including personally identifiable information (PII), is masked before being shared with AI.
The data is used only for the specific support or debugging purpose and is not used to train or improve AI models.
Guardrails are set to ensure that the data is handled securely and used only for the intended purpose.

What should you do?

Sharing your data with AI for support assistance is your choice. You can disable this option anytime:

Navigate to Admin > My Account

Select No in the I agree to share my data with AI for support assistance field.
