Send your parts to Kogel HQ. We strip them down, overhaul the internals, refinish them in the same color or a new one, and ship them back spinning like new. Add it to an oversized derailleur cage or ceramic oversized derailleur pulleys order for the lower prepaid price.

Timing. Your voucher matches your 12-month service interval and expires after 15 months. Send parts in sooner if they need it.

Turnaround. One business week from arrival for our 100+ in-stock colors. Specialty colors add about a week.

Shipping. You ship to El Paso, we cover standard domestic return shipping.

Crash damage. Paint will not fix structural problems. If we find damage outside warranty coverage, we will not send back compromised gear: you get an exclusive Crash Replacement Offer instead.
